This website is a purely informational service. There are no user accounts, no forms, no newsletters and no comment function. We do not set cookies, do not embed analytics or tracking services and do not build usage profiles. Personal data is processed only to the technically necessary extent described below.
The website is hosted by Hostinger operations, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Lithuania. The server is located in a data center in Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the site and to keep its operation secure (for example abuse detection).
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short time, at the latest after 14 days.
Card and product images are loaded from external image servers (images.pokemontcg.io and tcgplayer-cdn.tcgplayer.com). When an image is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider for technical reasons, and its servers may be located outside the EU, in particular in the USA. We do not transmit any further data to these providers. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in displaying the collectibles discussed on this site).
If you contact us by e-mail (for example via the feedback button), we process the data you provide (e-mail address, content of the message) in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the request is aimed at a contract. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
The website links to an external donation page operated by Buy Me a Coffee (buymeacoffee.com). Donations are processed entirely on that external page and we do not receive your payment details. If you open the donation page, Buy Me a Coffee processes your data under its own privacy policy. The legal basis for linking to it is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in financing the project).
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
We will update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
